The family mediation voucher scheme is a time-limited government scheme, designed to support participants who may be able to resolve their family law disputes outside of court.
To support this, a financial contribution of up to £500 towards the costs of mediation will be provided, if eligible.
The vouchers are available where children are considered as part of the mediation process and can only be applied for once you have both attended a mediation information and assessment meeting.
THERE ARE NO FINANCIAL STIPULATIONS FOR THIS SCHEME.

A structured, cost-effective way for separated parents to agree on child arrangements without the stress and expense of court proceedings.
What’s Included?
✅ 2 hours of family mediation – A safe, neutral space to discuss and agree on parenting arrangements.
✅ 1-hour review session – A follow-up to ensure agreements are working and make any necessary adjustments.
✅ Includes all routine correspondence, preparation and follow-up.
Government Family Mediation Vouchers are available fully covering the cost at £250 per parent, making the process more affordable.

How It Works
1️⃣ Mediation Information & Assessment Meeting (MIAM) – £87 per parent (or £125 if Saturday mornings)
- Each parent attends separately to assess if mediation is the right option.
2️⃣ Access the Mediation Package (if suitable)
- Fully covered by the Government Family Mediation Voucher Scheme.
3️⃣ Optional Court Form (£50)
- If an agreement isn’t reached and court involvement is necessary, we can provide the required documentation.
